Seeking Registered Nurse's – RN – to perform one time, as needed insurance benefit eligibility assessments in client homes. Pay is by the visit with rate contingent on type of assessment to be performed.

Requirements include:
* Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois
* Two years of Med-Surg, experience in the past 3 years
* Prior home care experience a plus, but not a requirement
* Excellent time management and documentation skills.
* Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and car insurance
