3. Connect on Chapter 8 .( 20 points).
4. 1 Forum You will have only one this week (20 points)
Wk3 Forum1 Motivating your Key Employee (25 points)
5. List four recommendations you plan to submit to the leadership of a company on motivating one class of Key employees at your present occupation if you where the manager and why you would select these. It could be for your management or key workers who are needed to function in your operation.
6. If you are not working but a student you can use a team that you were on in school, or how you would motivate students online if you where the instructor.
7. Start using concepts and vocabulary you have learned from the readings and connect assignments
8. You can list motivational tools for in the future as your organization grows and this position will be filled by a new employee as part of a succession planning strategy by the company.
9. After you have posted yours read others and give them your feedback on their motivational plan or offer suggestions to them. Remember to post your first post to me by Tuesday and on two other days to 3 or more students.
